Please note that the Data Controller is required to comply with written data requests based on statutory authorization from authorities. The Data Controller keeps records in accordance with Section 15(2)-(3) of the Infotv. about data transmissions (which authority, what personal data, legal basis, when the Data Controller transmitted data) and provides information about its content upon your request, except when the law prohibits it.
Data Security Measures
The Data Controller declares that appropriate security measures have been taken to protect personal dataagainst unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, or destruction, as well as against accidental destruction and damage, and ensures the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of the processing systems and services.
Rights of the Data Subject during Data Processing
During the duration of data processing, you have the following rights:
- Right to be informed,
- Right to rectification of data,
- Right to erasure of data,
- Right to restriction of processing,
- Right to object.
You have the right to request information from the Data Controller about the processing of your personal data during the data processing period. The Data Controller will provide you with written, easily understandable information about the processed data, the purpose and legal basis of data processing, the duration, and, if the data has been transmitted, who has received or will receive the data and for what purpose, as well as any other relevant information within the shortest possible time, but no later than 25 days, starting from the receipt of your request.
You have the right to request rectification of your personal data from the Data Controller during the data processing period. The Data Controller will fulfill your request within 15 days at the latest.
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, and the Data Controller will fulfill your request within 15 days at the latest. The right to erasure does not apply if the Data Controller is legally obliged to further store the data or in cases where the Data Controller is authorized to process the personal data further in accordance with Section 6(5) of the Infotv. (e.g., related to invoicing).
You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data,
if the processing or transmission of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations applicable to the Data Controller or for the enforcement of legitimate interests of the Data Controller, data recipient, or a third party, except in cases of mandatory data processing and the circumstances stated in Section 6(5) of the Infotv.; if the use or transmission of personal data occurs without your consent solely for the purpose of direct marketing, public opinion polling, or scientific research.
The Data Controller will examine the objection within the shortest possible time, but no later than 15 days, and inform you in writing of its decision and the factual and legal grounds for rejecting the request for rectification, restriction, or erasure within 25 days from receiving the request, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Legal Remedies
If you believe that the Data Controller has violated any legal provisions regarding data processing or has not fulfilled any of your requests, you can initiate an investigation by the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (address: 1530 Budapest, Pf.: 5., email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) in order to cease the presumed unlawful data processing.
You are also informed that in case of a violation of legal provisions regarding data processing or if the Data Controller fails to fulfill your request, you may initiate legal proceedings against the Data Controller.
Registration in the Data Protection Registry
In accordance with the provisions of the Infotv., certain data processing activities of the Data Controller must be registered in the data protection registry.
Amendment of the Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this privacy policy. By using the website after the effective date of the modifications, you accept the modified privacy policy.
